Arcadia sits directly on Playa Brasilito — a tranquil cinnamon-sand beach on the northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica in Guanacaste Province. We are positioned between Reserva Conchal to the south and the Flamingo Marina to the north, giving residents the best of both worlds: serene beachfront living and easy access to vibrant coastal amenities.
The closest airport is Liberia International Airport (LIR) in Guanacaste, approximately 45 minutes from Arcadia. It receives direct flights from major U.S. and Canadian cities. San José's Juan Santamaría Airport (SJO) is also an option — about 4 hours by car, or a 45-minute domestic flight to Liberia.
Arcadia is steps from the sand of Brasilito Beach. Playa Conchal is roughly a 5-minute drive south; Playa Flamingo is about 10 minutes north; and the Flamingo Marina is around 12 minutes by car — making day trips and weekend excursions effortless.
Guanacaste enjoys one of Costa Rica's sunniest and driest climates. The dry season runs November through April with near-daily sunshine. The rainy season (May–October) brings lush green landscapes and brief afternoon showers — rarely all-day rain. Year-round temperatures average 80–86°F (27–30°C).

Yes. Costa Rica grants foreign nationals the exact same property ownership rights as citizens — including full fee-simple title to condominiums. There are no restrictions on foreign ownership, and you are not required to reside in Costa Rica to purchase or own real estate.
